Nature and tradition
There’s no better way to discover and connect with the Ebro Delta than by bike, exploring the many routes offered by the Natural Park. Cycling around the lagoons, enjoying the various viewpoints, and observing the flora and fauna of this idyllic setting will create a special bond between visitor and environment, allowing you to appreciate even more the unique ecosystem in which you find yourself.
Without a doubt, rice and rice paddies are the crown jewels of the Ebro Delta. The lives of our ancestors have always revolved around this grain, and that’s why, with this activity, we aim to fully immerse ourselves in this culture so vital to our region. We want children to learn, experience, and appreciate the work that goes into every rice dish they might eat at home.
At Lo Mas de la Cuixota, we want to pass on to the youngest members of the family the values instilled in us by past generations. How? Through traditional activities like “perchar,” where an instructor introduces children to the noble art of pole-propelled boats.

Discover the noble art of traditional fishing in the Delta and learn about the various tools used by our ancestors and the native fish species of the Delta’s lagoons.
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes an instructor for demonstrations and all necessary equipment.
