Rice festivals

A unique experience to connect with the traditions, people and landscape of the Delta.

THE ESSENCE OF THE DELTA

Tradition that still lives on

Beyond gastronomy, we want to introduce you to the traditions that have shaped the Ebro Delta. The rice festivals allow you to discover how farmers lived and worked in the past among the rice fields.

Although today the cultivation is mechanized, just a few decades ago the fields were filled with people working manually from spring to late summer. An authentic way to learn about the history and roots of the territory.
